Attorney Francis A. Pommett, III initially established Baltimore injury law firm, Nathanson & Pommett, P.C. after the passing of his mentor, the late Carl Nathanson.  His philosophy towards practicing law is anchored in the belief that attorneys should provide personal, compassionate service at all times.  Francis prides himself on building strong relationships with clients.

Prior Experience

 

Mr. Pommett’s legal career began in the United States Department of Justice, Solicitor General’s office where he proofread and edited legal briefs for style and accuracy before they were submitted to the Supreme Court. He also prepared weekly litigation status reports for the Attorney General and summarized recent Supreme Court decisions for the United States Attorneys' Bulletin.

He filed his first appellate brief with the Supreme Court as an attorney with the Solicitor General's Office.
